tab_id=&#8221;1549005507765-5cdb0b8d-161b&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The borrow rate of library materials is as much as 3 books for one membership account.<\/li>\n<li>Material loan period is for 14 DAYS ONLY.<\/li>\n<li>Borrow renewal can be done through counter services, phone calls, emails and the PKL website.<\/li>\n<li>Renewal of the borrow period is only allowed once within the first fourteen (14) days.<\/li>\n<li>Renewal by phone is allowed provided the borrow period has not yet expired and there is no record of fines.<\/li>\n<li>Please state the borrower&#8217;s name, borrower&#8217;s ID number and the title of the book for which the loan period is to be renewed when applying via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;If I return the book late, how much will the fine be charged?&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1549005502002-bb6438ce-15a8&#8243;][vc_column_text]For delay in returning library materials, the rate of fine imposed is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 day \u2013 14 days: RM0.10 per day\/ script<\/li>\n<li>15 days and above: RM0.20 per day\/ script<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Counting of days does not include public holidays &amp; days when library services are closed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;If a book or material has been borrowed from the Kuala Lumpur library, can it be returned at a branch library or another library managed by the Kuala Lumpur Library?&#8221; Users can access the internet or do individual tasks by using the computers provided.
