One of the best libraries in Malaysia. Not too far from MRT Pasar Seni and Dataran Merdeka. A really spectacular design and free admission. Do understand that they don’t allow bags so you have to put it in a locker. Free wifi and even have a pantry where you can eat. Toilets are super clean and a variety of books are available here. Time is from 10am until 6:45pm. There are many tables and discussion rooms are also available. Surau is available too. The whole building consists of 4 levels. A Mac is also readily available
